What You'll Need (Davenport Youth)

If you live in Davenport and are between 16 and 18 years old and are no longer enrolled in school, you are eligible for Safer Foundation's Quad Cities youth education program

Participants in Safer Foundation's Davenport youth program are by referral only through the Davenport Juvenile Courts.

Obtain identification in the form of an Iowa State ID or a Driver’s License. If those are not available then a birth certificate and a social security card are required. You can obtain this at the following location:
