What You'll Need (Quad Cities Adult)

If you are 18 or older and live in Rock Island, you will need the following to participate in Safer Foundation's employment services program

Safer Foundation's Quad Cities adult program is available to all individuals with criminal records.

1. Your relevant Illinois Department of Corrections, or Federal ID numbers and release papers.

AND

2. Valid identification such as a State identification card or a Drivers License. If those are not available, then a Social Security Card and a birth certificate will do. You can obtain these documents by contacting:

2. Call Safer Foundation to schedule an appointment with an Intake Counselor at:

  • (309) 786-7711 (Bilingual/ Signing for deaf)
  • You may “walk-in” to the Rock Island Safer Foundation program office between 8:30AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday without an appointment.
