If you are between 16 and 21 and are no longer enrolled in school, you are eligible for our GED youth education program MORE >

Quad Cities Youth

If you live in Rock Island and are between 16 and 21 years old and are no longer enrolled in school, you are eligible for Safer Foundation's youth education program MORE >

Quad Cities Adult

If you are 18 or older and live in Rock Island, you will need the following to participate in Safer Foundation's employment services program MORE >

Davenport Youth

If you live in Davenport and are between 16 and 18 years old and are no longer enrolled in school, you are eligible for Safer Foundation's Quad Cities youth education program MORE >
