The 2009 CARRE Conference featured a number of speakers, including a keynote address by Illinois State Senator Kwame Raoul. The event highlighted the success of the Council of Advisors to Reduce Recidivism through Employment during 2009, including Senate Bill 1050, which expanded the eligibility requirements for Certificates of Relief from Disability.
