Criminal Records Relief Seminar

Expungement, Sealing, and Alternative Forms of Relief

Join us for a full service Criminal Records Relief Seminar on Friday, July 20 from 9:00 a.m – 1:00 p.m.

Safer Foundation is proud to partner with Cabrini Green Legal Aid (CGLA), the legal teams of Exelon and the law firm of Skadden Arps, and the Office of Dorothy Brown- Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, in offering this seminar.

This is a seminar to assist and advise individuals with past criminal records through preparation of expungement and sealing petitions, as well as in-depth advice on the clemency process, certificates and waivers. 

The seminar also includes: 

  • Resume workshop
  • Clemency workshop
  • Community Partners On-Site 
  • Volunteer Attorneys On-Site to Review and Help Prepare Applications

Note:

You must obtain your City of Chicago Police Department RAP sheets from 3510 S. Michigan for a fee of $16, and pre-register for priority service at www.cgla.net or by calling 312-738-2452, ext. 438.
