Park National Advocate Leaves West Side Post
The Wednesday Journal of Oak Park and River Forest talks about Steven McCullough joining Safer Foundation as Chief Operating Officer.
When
a coalition of residents from Oak Park and Austin traveled to
Washington D.C. in January for a congressional hearing on the impact the
October 2009 federal seizure of Park National Bank would have on
community banking, the group chose one person to deliver their message.
Steven
McCullough spoke for the Coalition to Save Community Banking, a
grassroots group representing Oak Park and the West Side. McCullough is
CEO of Bethel New Life, a nonprofit organization in Austin serving
seniors.
