Giving a member of your community a second chance is more than just a good deed, it’s good business. A not-for-profit organization founded in 1972, we provide second chances for highly-motivated men and women with criminal records who are looking to become productive, steadily-employed members of their community. We ensure success through comprehensive employment, educational and supportive services.

We’ve built an excellent reputation throughout Illinois and eastern Iowa. When employers hire from us, they know exactly what they’re getting: hard-working individuals looking for meaningful employment.

"Not only do we get good employees... We make a difference in their lives and in our community."
– Director, City Services
