Giving a member of your community a second chance is more than just a good deed, it’s good business. A not-for-profit organization founded in 1972, we provide second chances for highly-motivated men and women with criminal records who are looking to become productive, steadily-employed members of their community. We ensure success through comprehensive employment, educational and supportive services.
