Ms. Dawson is responsible for private fund development and for the planning and implementation of agency-wide initiatives that enhance the scope and depth of Safer’s service offerings. As one of the original staff members of the Safer Foundation in 1972, Ms. Dawson brings her extensive experience in the provision of direct services to individuals with a criminal record as well as in management and administration to the development of innovative new initiatives.
