Ms. Davison manages the operations of all Safer Foundation programs located in the Quad Cities area, which includes adult employment and juvenile education programs. As Program Manager, Ms. Davison is responsible for assuring client outcomes, staff development and financial oversight. Prior to assuming her position with Safer in January of 2004, Ms. Davison amassed 22 years of experience in the child welfare field, providing direct services, developing new programs and providing administrative oversight and leadership to non-profit organizations.
