Davenport Iowa Youth (Ages 16-18 years)

Participants in the Safer Foundation's Davenport youth program are by referral only through the Davenport Juvenile Courts.

Obtain identification in the form of an Iowa State ID or a Driver’s License. If those are not available then a birth certificate and a social security card are required. You can obtain this at the following location:
